In his work for Ute Clement Consulting, Uwe Roßwag-Hofmann's responsibilities focus on change process consulting and support, the training, consulting and coaching of managers, team development and training, the facilitation of large groups, conflict management and assessment centre. He uses his substantial expertise primarily in the area of emotional intelligence and team development.

Uwe Roßwag-Hofmann is the head of the theological conference and education centre Hohenwart Forum.

He has many years of experience in change and process consulting based on systemic organisation development, both in industry, e.g. at Siemens AG and Daimler AG, and at non-profit organisations, among others, for church establishments.
