Christian Ried can draw upon many years of experience in project management, consulting for experts and managers and in the internal consulting unit for organizational development and change of a large DAX company.

After several years in the software industry, with a focus on CRM products for medium sized companies, he went into management consulting. Here his topic focus was in customer loyalty management and in the implementation of large scale customer fidelization programs. Having experienced the perspective of expertise driven consulting with all its challenges, he decided to change, qualified for system oriented counselling and is now mainly active in process driven counselling work in change processes and talent development
